David Beckham WHO?

This weekend marked my cute monkey man of a nephew's first soccer game.  He's the ripe old age of four now and that makes him capable of participating in team sports, apparently!  MR and I rolled out of bed bright and early to make it to his game.  We had to make a pit stop at Starbucks first for some pick me ups.  I got the obvious choice and he got something he called a "Green Eye"... which isn't on the Starbucks menu at all and the employees looked at him like he was nutso.  It is apparently iced tea with three shots of espresso.
[upon further inspection(ahem, googling), it seems most people call regular drip iced coffee with three shots of espresso a "green eye"... but who knows?]
These are my Day 5 pics for the photo challenge:
Someone(s) I Love:

The monkey played with his uniform, threw some type of secret hand signals and winks my way,
Focused so hard his tongue got involved
(I also stick my tongue out when I'm concentrating, I think it's something lots of people do and don't realize.)
and picked his nose.  What a boy!
He also bent it like Beckham and made two goals!  One for his team and one for the other :)

Super fun morning watching my best little fella with my best grown fella!
So in love with those two guys!

8 love notes:

  1. i worked at starbucks for a year and never heard it called that but kinda cool!
