Julie is a sweetheart with one gorgeous Etsy shop! Below is a little chit chat between the two of us about her shop & designs :)

J: First of all, thank you for the interview! I'm excited to talk about my designs.

L: It's my pleasure! I love everything in your shop, lady... seriously! How did you get started making hand stamped jewelry?

J: A friend of mine wore a simple, hand stamped pendant. I loved it and thought, "I wonder if I can make that?" Soon after I bought tools and metal and begain practicing my skill at metal-working.

L: That's awesome! I love that you just grabbed the bull by the horns and taught yourself! My kinda gal! Which is your favorite piece?

J: My favorite piece changes frequently as I create new designs. Right now my favorite is the tiny round charms necklace. It's classic, goes well with any outfit, and I'm totally into tiny charms this spring. I wear mine every day.

L: Well, I simply can't pick just one favorite, but I have to say I LOVE the leather cuff, because it's rare to find cool jewelry for men. You've had quite a bit of success on Etsy! What do you attribute your success to?

J: Thank you! My amazing customers have a lot to do with my success! I form relationships with my customers and love to hear their stories of where the pieces are going, the occasions, and special recipients. Knowing the meaning that each piece will have to the giver and recipient helps me put a lot of sincere love into my work.

L: You have a blog where you show off your latest designs, which is how I found out you're about to start selling rings, which I'm totally loving! What else do you have in store for you shop?

J: I do show a lot of sneak peeks on my blog and facebook page. Like you said, the rings are coming soon as well as dozens of other new designs. I am always working on something new! Creating new designs is one of my fvorite parts of the business. A lot of the new pieces this spring will be eclectic mixes of different shaped charms.
